Shipping and Payment Information
Shipping and Handling Charges
We strive to make our products an exceptional value. In that spirit, our shipping and handling charges are minimal. We ship orders within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via First Class Mail from the U.S. Postal Service usually within three business days of receiving the order.

For Orders
to Canada: Canadian orders are shipped Airmail Letter
Post via the U.S. Postal Service usually within three
days of receiving the order. Our shipping and handling
charges for shipments to Canada are based on the dollar
value of your order: For orders up to $20.00, the
shipping fee is $2.00; orders $20.01 - $30.00, the shipping
fee is $2.50, orders $30.01 - $50.00, the shipping fee
is $3.50; orders $50.01 - $80.00, the shipping fee is
$4.50; orders $80.01 - $100.00, the shipping fee is $5.50;
orders $100.01 - $130.00, the shipping fee is $6.50, orders
$130.01 and up, the shipping fee is $7.50.
Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax to any destination.
Guarantee and Return Policy
30 Day Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Foot Shox insoles, simply return them within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly refund of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Please include a copy of your receipt. Our return address is Orthopedic Research Labs, Returns Department, 2519 McMullen Booth Road, #510-326, Clearwater, FL 33761. We recommend shipping your return via US Mail as the most economical shipping method. Return the package prepaid. We cannot accept COD's.
One Year Guarantee: We guarantee Foot Shox insoles will not flatten out for one year. If your Foot Shox insoles do not retain their original shape for one year after receipt of your insoles, you may return them for a replacement. Please include a copy of your receipt. Our return address for replacements is Orthopedic Research Labs, Replacement Department, 2519 McMullen Booth Road, #510-326, Clearwater, FL 33761. We recommend shipping your return via US Mail as the most economical shipping method. Return the package prepaid. We cannot accept COD's.
